1965 OLDS 442 CONVERTIBLE. A RARE PIECE OF AUTOMOTIVE HISTORY. A TRUE MUSCLE CAR. This is a real 442 and is sporting a 1969 455 big block (rebuilt approximately 10,000 ago) and the factory 3-speed manual transmission which is very rare. The car comes nicely optioned with Power steering, Power brakes, power top and the original factory Oldsmobile AM/FM radio The new bright red paint is accented by a brand new power black convertible top and new emblems. The rear bumper is brand new rechromed and most of the original chrome is in great condition which says a lot about the condition of the car. The undercarriage of the car was factory undercoated and is very solid metal and intact metal.

This 442 has had multiple upgrades to include brand new clutch, complete brake system. It has the rear boxed trailing arms with sway bar as it should be. Brand new radial BFG red line tires with new dog dish hub caps give the car that nostalgic built to go look. New exhaust with factory style mufflers, rear air shocks and great metal structure makes this car a rear collector. This very solid 442 boast an original manual rebuilt 3 speed transmission which shifts like a dream. For lasting durability the inner fenders and radiator support have all been power coated the original satin black.
